GenerateLogo.ai — Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GenerateLogo.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service Description
GenerateLogo.ai allows users to generate logos via AI using a credit-based system. This is a paid digital service. Each credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are non-refundable, including in case of account closure or service termination.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
All logos generated by you using the Service are yours. You receive full commercial rights.
However, by using the Service, you grant GenerateLogo.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display generated logos for marketing and promotional purposes — only with your explicit prior consent.
All other content on the site (design, code, text) is the property of TASTET DIGITAL unless otherwise noted.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or explicit content
- Infringe any third-party rights (e.g., trademarks)
- Misrepresent identity or create deceptive assets
- Harass, impersonate, or violate others' privacy
Accounts in breach of these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenerateLogo.ai disclaims all liability for:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
In any case, total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to GenerateLogo.ai in the last 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect:
- Account data: email, name, password (encrypted)
- Usage data: IP address, pages viewed, logs
- Analytics via Plausible Analytics (GDPR-compliant, anonymized)
Third-party services:
- Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI generation), Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Hetzner (infrastructure)
Some data may be transferred outside the EU. We use Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure GDPR compliance.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at [email protected].
7. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds are granted after credit delivery.
You acknowledge that the Service begins immediately upon purchase and agree to waive any right of withdrawal under European consumer laws for digital content.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Updates do not affect already-purchased credits.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining credits will be voided. No refunds will be issued.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at [email protected].

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bayonne, France.
